The Chickens Have Arrived!

Hello and welcome to our chicken blog!

We hope you have an eggcellent time eggsploring.
On our blog you will learn about our wonderful chickens and what they are doing.
Watch this space and be the first to know the chicken names.  Our School Council will be naming them shortly.
So far the chickens have settled in well and our black and white one has already started to lay eggs!
Next week we hope to start giving you some interesting facts about chickens.
Thanks for reading

The Children from Little Chicks Chicken Club :-)

Our first eggs!

We all got a turn holding them

The little brown chickens are surprisingly soft and cuddly

Once we had learnt how to pick them up the chickens were happy to be held

We all helped to make sure they were clean and happy!
